Winemaker: Anne Laure and Damien Petit
Farming: Natural farming, organic practices
Variety: Savignin
Terroir: The slopes where the grapes are grown consist of a combination of limestone and clay from the Triassic and Jurassic periods.
Vinification: Hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation and aging in large oak barrel.
Tasting Note: Clean style, no oxidation at all. Intensely floral nose, led by a bouquet of honeysuckle and white flowers, punctuated by fresh citrus notes. On the palate, a refreshingly dry experience with crisp acidity. The taste is dominated by white flowers, citrus, and the sweetly floral tone of honeysuckle, culminating in a mineral touch on the finish, which serves to heighten its complexity.
