- Vinification: Stainless steel vats that range in size from 73 hectares, to 105, 120 and up to 160 hectoliters. Malolactic fermentation takes place in a combination of barrels and in tank.
- Aging: in an average of 50% new, French oak barrels for about 18 months before bottling.
