Vinification: 100% whole cluster Carbonic Maceration for 4 days in stainless steel. Pressed into stainless steel for 12 days. No sulfur used in the winemaking. Natural yeast fermentation.
Aging: 10 months in old wood barrels.
Tasting Notes: Acid driven and lean across the palate, aromas of tart blackberry, baked red fruits and hints of earthy spice, this wine in satisfyingly rich while still being bright and light on its feet!
