- Vinification: 100% whole-cluster 16 days on skins. All-native fermentation.
- Aging: Neutral oak aging 15 months.
- Tasting Notes: Nose; Black plum, floral, pink peppercorn, and spice on the nose. Fermented black tea leaves. Plum skins, dank earth.
Palate; Tart raspberry, black cherry pits, and pink peppercorn with a high-pitched backbone of black slate.
