Think of this wine as a pét-nat Lambrusco, light, rose-colored, and dry.
Named after the patron saint of wine, the eye-poppingly vivid “San Vincent” is made entirely from the local Sorbara.
- Winemaker: Gianluca Bergianti
- Variety: Sorbara
- Farming: Organic
