Varieties: 95% Syrah, 5% Viognier
Soil / Terroir: Fenaughty Vineyard, Foothills of the Sierra between 1200-3500 feet elevation. From sea based soils with high levels of cool breezes from the mountains cool during the hotter months.
Vinification: Picked at 21 brix on 09/04/19, co-ferment with 5% Viognier. 15% whole cluster, native ferment, aged in neutral French oak. Un-fined and un-filtered.
ABV: 12.5%
Tasting Notes: Aromas of Blueberry, violet, black olives and leather. Fresh acidity with grippy tannins.
