- Terroir / Soil: In the high altitudes (600m) of the central Peloponnese, the noble Moschofilero grape is cultivated producing the eponymously named AOC wine, Mantinia. The continental climate together with the soils of the high Mantinia plain, which are well-drained and clay‐rocky lead to the production of exciting, aromatic white wines.
- Vinification: Low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the delicate aromas of the wine.
- Tasting Notes: Light and intensely floral wine combining the perfume of night-blooming jasmine, rose, and citrus fruits. Excellent as an aperitif, or with lighter dishes of vegetables and poultry.
