Vinification: Indigenous yeast fermentation with minimal use of sulphites.
Dosage: None (brut nature)
Aging: Ages in neutral oak "fût de chêne" then bottle for a minimum of 3 years
Tasting Notes: Crisp and elegant, this wine has aromas of acacia, jasmine and lemon blossom.
