How can I access gift cards which were misplaced or never received?
Customers can click Resend gift cards from their order confirmation email. This link will only work if the order has been fulfilled.
Can I send a gift card directly to the recipient?
YES! You may. After choosing the value, check the box marked "I want to send this as a gift"
A personalized email that contains the custom message and a gift card code is sent to the recipient. You'll
receive a notification that contains the gift card code, and confirms
that the gift card was sent to the recipient.
Can I customize my gift card amount?
No, but you can select from any denomination in the drop-down menu, up to $500.
However, if you purchase the gift card in person, we can customize the amount for you.
Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
Can gift cards be reloaded?
No, you can’t reload a gift card.
How do I check my balance?

Can I add gift cards to my Apple or Digital Wallet?
Yes! Follow the instructions in your confirmation email.

SUMMER SHIPPING NOTICE
DECANTsf may hold your shipment in the event of extreme weather or climate events. If shipping outside of California, you may select 2-, 3-, or Next Day Air for express shipping. All shipments will come with ice packs, but DECANTsf is not responsible for any weather-related damage.
You may choose to purchase and hold bottles in store while you build a case for shipping in Autumn. At checkout, select "pick up in store" and in the order notes, indicate you would like to "hold in-store to build a full case". Please see our FAQ for more details.
