- Winemaker: Alberto Orte
- Variety: 80% Viura, 20% Garnacha Blanca, from sustainably grown vines planted in 1930.
- Farming: Sustainable
- Terroir: Highest elevation vineyards in Rioja (2,296 ft), on north-facing slopes South of the Ebro. Winemaker Alberto Orte controls the fruit for Sierra de la Demanda from budbreak to bottle, showcasing the profound minerality and precision of this unique terroir. Vines are tended in mineral soils of silica, which are very rare in Rioja.
- Vinification: Harvest takes place during the last week of October.
- Aging: French oak and Acacia barrels, out of which the 1st month the wine is with its lees.
- Tasting Notes: Preserved citrus, dried mango, roasted pineapple, hazelnut. Full bodied.
