- Varieties: Field blend of Tempranillo, Albillo Mayor, Bobal, Pirules, Listan Prieto, Bastardo, Garnacha Tinta (70% red grapes, 30% white grapes)
- Terroir: 50-70 year old vines; limestone and calcareous sandy, silty soils
- Vinification: Red and white grapes are co-fermented, with a quick 12-24 hours of maceration on the skins. Pressed into barrels for fermentation, followed by aging in 225-500L barrel. No malo. Racked into stainless steel prior to bottling in the spring.
- Aging: 6 months aging in old barrels
- Tasting Note: Fresh and juicy, with a subtle tannic grip. Notes of watermelon, stone fruit, and orange zest.
