Federico (Fred) loves herbs. Jerbis is Friulian dialect for herbs. After attending perfume school he spent years testing multiple extraction methods on each botanical to find the best for each. This vermouth has flavors from 25 different botanicals most of which are locally grown and foraged.

DECANTsf may hold your shipment in the event of extreme weather or climate events. If shipping outside of California, you may select 2-, 3-, or Next Day Air for express shipping. All shipments will come with ice packs, but DECANTsf is not responsible for any weather-related damage.
You may choose to purchase and hold bottles in store while you build a case for shipping in Autumn. At checkout, select "pick up in store" and in the order notes, indicate you would like to "hold in-store to build a full case". Please see our FAQ for more details.
