Tasting Notes: The aroma combines the floral, earth, and dark fruit characteristics typical of the cute. This wine is virile and athletic with some muscle and power, but considerable finesse. It has depth and volume, and is characterized by an "iron fist in a velvet glove." 525 cases made.
Scores: Jeb Dunnuck: 99 pts. The 2021 Pinot Noir Pomarium is packed with notes of black cherry liqueur and kirsch, pure ripe fruit, a touch of sage, and sweet earth. It’s more grounded and muscular, with ripe, broad tannins, and has great depth as well as a grounded nature, with good fruit throughout. Drink over 2016-2046.
