Soil / Terroir: From a privately owned vineyard, farmed and managed by Prudy Foxx. Clones 667, 777 and a little 115
Vinification: Grapes were picked on 09/29/21 at 22 brix. The fruit was hand picked and sorted, 84% de-stemmed and left 16% whole cluster for native fermentation.
Aging: 16 months aging in neutral French oak; un-fined and un-filtered.
ABV: 13.2%
Tasting Notes: Burgundy red color with magenta hues. Aromas of Pomegranate, strawberry, cranberry along with bay leaves and fennel pollen. Soft tannins and bright acidity.
