Recreating a classic bite from Taverna Espinaler, carefully pitted manzanilla olives are filled with a complex and savory paste made from only the finest anchovies harvested straight from the Cantabrian sea.
They are excellent as is, enjoyed between bites of your favorite
conserva or sips of your favorite vermouth. As you might imagine, they also make a showstopping garnish for an ice-cold Martini. We recommend alternating these on a skewer with Guindilla
peppers and
pickled white anchovies.
